Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date your order has been fully delivered (delivery of the last item in your order) to request a return. Where the final day of the return period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the return window will be extended to the next working day.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to a United Kingdom return address. Items returned without first requesting and receiving return authorisation will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned if they have been worn, used, washed, marked, damaged, or if hygiene seals or tags have been removed.

This may include swimwear, shapewear, bodysuits and intimate items where applicable.

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Sale Items

Sale items may be returned if they meet our return eligibility conditions above, unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with the order.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
